4/2 - Refactored Cleve onboarding & Sofea

We went to office today for the first time for a while. Sofea will also be joining us full time for the next month or so.

The main discussion today was on our marketing effort this month and also faw sharing on the new refactored app.

Four of us (me, ash, liz, sofea) will be focusing more on marketing this month, while faw will keep the dev side running. We thought of doing it a competition for four of us of who will get the most views for Cleve content.

We also had an idea of writing or content club, which basically means, just us reviewing each other content.

Other notable thing was Faw refactored app. It was really well done and FAST. We switched from Supabase to Convex, and it's a game changer. Also started using various other tools that's really helpful, useautumn (a stripe wrapper for LLM apps), betterstack (for uptime monitoring), dub (for notification), etc. Faw is really good at keeping up with the latest new stuff.
