• Regulations for deepfake porn & misinformation

  • Regulations for GenAI service provides/business to follow certain guidelines

    • Disallow genai image of a real person without consent or verification
    • Compulsory attribution that it's AI image (watermark, metadata tracker, etc)
    • Guardrails/censorship against certain content (CSAM, adult content, etc)

• Does GenAI need to be even anonymous? anonymity in social media is crucial for free speech. But GenAI is not crucial for free speech, and hence anonymity is not crucial for GenAI. What if we introduce e-KYC for genAI providers? or at least for posting genAI content

• Crackdown on open-source genAI model, and limit or verify access for opensource model. You can regulate providers of the opensouce website. e.g The website hosts, GitHub, HuggingFace, etc
